Firefighters Extinguished Fire At House In Hoylake

Firefighters have extinguished a fire at a house in Hoylake.

Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service was called out to the property on Manor Road at 4.34pm.

The fire, which started in the first floor of the two-storey house, was well alight by the time fire crews arrived.

Three fire appliances from West Kirby, Heswall and Wallasey community fire stations were called out to the incident.

The fire has now been extinguished by firefighters.

Nobody is believed to have been injured in the blaze and all people from the property have been accounted for.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
