How people with cars parked at the Echo Arena car park can get regular updates

Wednesday, 10 January 2018

People whose vehicle was in the Echo Arena car park at the time of the fire on New Year's Eve 2017, can get regular updates on the situation by registering online with Liverpool City Council.

In order to keep those affected up-to-date with information relating to the car park - including access to vehicles and their contents, plus advice about insurance - the council will keep in regular contact.

Anyone who has been affected can fill in an online form at http://liverpool.gov.uk/echo-arena-car-park-fire/ with their contact details, information about their vehicle and circumstances.

Those affected are still being asked to contact their insurance company to make a claim - and not to call the emergency services.

To do so, quote either the Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service incident number 33394 or the Merseyside Police incident number 201712310650, along with the date of the fire (31st December 2017).
