It has been a busy summer for our Service with a variety of community events held.
Our staff, firefighters and partners supported Liverpool Pride once again this year. See pages 12 and 13.
Firefighters also helped to organise an event aimed at keeping motorcyclists safe on the roads. See Page 5.
The Prince’s Trust Team programme also celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and our teams have been praised for their hard work. See Pages 10 and 11.

Everton FC player Leon Osman, pictured presenting young volunteer Elly Bryson with her Level 1 Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills after she completed a MF&RS Prince’s Trust Team programme. This was the 25,000th qualification presented for the Team programme and marked the 25th anniversary of the programme. Another award was also presented recently for the Prince’s Trust Team programme.
