BLUE LIGHT SUPPORT GROUPS LAUNCH
Wirral Mind has launched two new groups to support blue light service personnel and their families.
The groups, which launched in July, are held at Wirral Mind on Chester Street in Birkenhead every month.
There is a group specifically for staff who work in a blue light service, which allows employees to share experiences and gain mutual support outside of the work environment.
These are held on the first Tuesday of every month at Wirral Mind from 2pm to 4pm.
A second group, run on the second Tuesday of every month from 2pm to 4pm, is for families and friends of those who work in the emergency services.
The group aims to help families and friends talk about the challenges they face and exchange ideas and advice.
