Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service (MFRS) attended an incident on Regent Road, in the L3 area of Liverpool, on the morning of Wednesday 18 February.
Crews were alerted at 09.31 and on scene at 09.34 with two fire engines, and the search and rescue team attending.
This was a side fascia that had fallen onto cars and the roadway from a six storey brick built derelict building.
Outer brickwork from the sixth and ground floor have come away from the building, damaging three vehicles parked below, and there was further sign of external cracks to the brickwork.
Firefighters established a cordon and a nearby business was evacuated as a precaution and subsequently closed. No persons were injured.
Merseyside Police also attended and made contact with the owner of the property.
Fire Service personnel requested the attendance of a structural engineer, and once they arrived at scene, a handover was carried out.
MFRS crews left the scene at 11.02.
