Staff Survey Results
Staff engagement is a key element in helping Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service meet the range of challenges that it currently faces. By involving our staff in decisions and communicating clearly with them, we can seek to maintain and improve staff morale, especially during periods of difficulty and change. The Think People site has been developed to enable the organisation to share staff engagement information and provide regular updates on progress around staff surveys.
Our third staff survey was held between 11th June and 16th July 2018 as part of the Authority’s commitment to complete a survey every two years. The survey was conducted by an independent organisation (People Insight), who also carried out the survey in 2014 and 2016, allowing us to benchmark our results against our previous surveys.
