Location: Brook Way, Prenton, Wirral
Crews are currently in attendance at a car showroom on Brook Way, Prenton, following reports of a building collapse.
Crews were called to a premises at around 3.15pm today, Friday 22nd May. Two fire engines are currently in attendance as well as the search and rescue appliance.
On arrival crews found that the gable end wall of the single storey unit had completely collapsed. It is believed this is a result of high winds.
The wall and windows have collapsed outwards into the parking area. No persons have been involved in the collapse and there are no reports of any injuries.
The adjoining unit has been evacuated as a precaution whilst structural advice is sought.

An external handover has been completed. Fire crews left the scene at 4.47pm.
