Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service attended an incident on Bebington Road, Rock Ferry, on the evening of 4 August.
A crew was alerted at 22.15 and one fire engine arrived on scene at 22.19. The crew arrived to find a car involved in fire. Merseyside Police was also on scene to assist with road closures.
One firefighter in breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet.
The crew then left the scene at 22.54.
