Firefighters are currently in attendance on Ducie Street, Liverpool.
Crews were alerted at 4.52am and on scene at 4.57am. At the height of the fire, three fire engines and the combined platform ladder (CPL) were in attendance.
On arrival crews found a fire involving a mid terraced property. The property was well alight and the roof space was involved in fire, with the fire having spread to another of the properties.
