Location: Ferndale Road, Wavertree
Firefighters attended a flat fire on Ferndale Road, Wavertree, on Friday 24th January.
Crews were alerted at 1.47pm and on scene at 1.54pm. Two fire engines attended.
On arrival crews found a fire in a flat on the second floor of the property.
Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
One person was given oxy therapy at the scene by firefighters as a precaution.
Firefighters left the scene at 2.41pm.
