Fire crews were called to a fire at a house in Drake Road, Leasowe on Wednesday, 1st April.
Crews were alerted at 10.13am and on scene at 10.19am. Two fire engines attended.
Crews arrived to find a fire in the kitchen of a terraced bungalow which had spread into roof space.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and extinguished the fire with a high pressure hose reel jet.
The fire is believed to have involved an electric drier.
Three people were assessed by medics at the scene but did not need further treatment.
Firefighters checked neighbouring properties for fire spread before leaving the scene at 11.54am.
