Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service (MFRS) attended an incident at James Street Train Station, James Street, Liverpool City Centre, on the evening of Wednesday 18 February.
Crews were alerted at 17.13 and on scene at 17.17 with three fire engines, and the search and rescue team attending.
Fire Service personnel arrived to investigate any signs of smoke or fire.
No evidence of smoke or fire was found, and no further action was required.
MFRS crews left the scene at 17.57.
