Location: Bankhall Street, Bankhall Lane, Kirkdale
Firefighters were called to the corner of Bankhall Street and Bankhall Lane on Thursday 19th December following reports of a road traffic collision.
Crews were alerted at 6.04am and on scene at 6.08am. Two fire engines attended as well as the search and rescue appliance.
On arrival crews found two vehicles had been involved in a collision. Both vehicles were on all four wheels.
Firefighters removed the door of one of the vehicles to release one person. They were then taken to hospital for further assessment.
Crews left the scene at 6.43am.
