Details of statutory notices served Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 are uploaded to the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) National Enforcement Register. To take account of the appeals process, details of notices are added to the register after 3 weeks have passed from the date that each notice was issued. They will then remain on the register for a period of 3 years unless still in force, deemed not complied with, or withdrawn by the serving authority. The register can be accessed through this link:
