Conference facilities include:
- Microsoft Teams enabled AV system with cameras and microphones (portable microphones available upon request)
- Wireless connectivity to AV or must have USB/USC/HDMI ports to enable connectivity
- Smartphone enables hearing loop
- Flipchart and pens (available upon request)
- Water and glasses (available upon request)

We charge VAT to the police/External companies for catering and refreshments supplied, even when they are not hiring a room.
So, just for clarification, everything charged to the police by MFRA, from a conferencing perspective, is subject to VAT, unless it is solely a room hire without AV.
