Lisa Baines is the Personal Assistant to both the Deputy Chief Fire Officer and the Assistant Chief Fire Officer of Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.
She joined MFRS in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from another blue light service, where she spent over 25 years supporting senior leadership and navigating the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Her extensive background in the emergency services sector has equipped her with a deep understanding of the operational and administrative needs of senior executives.
Since joining MFRS, Lisa has quickly established herself as a trusted and highly capable member of the Strategic Leadership Team. Her professionalism, dependability and strong organisational skills have not only made her an indispensable support to the Chief Officers, but have also earned her the respect and confidence of colleagues across the service. Lisa’s approachable manner and commitment to excellence continue to make a positive impact across the organisation.
