Location: Lea Green Road, St Helens
Firefighters are currently in attendance at a fire at an industrial unit on Lea Green Road, Sutton Manor, St Helens.
Crews were called shortly before 4am. Four fire engines are currently in attendance.
The fire had been extinguished by the on site fire team prior to our arrival. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus have entered the building to ensure the fire is completely extinguished and under control.
All persons are accounted for.
North West Ambulance Service is also in attendance.
The incident is ongoing. Please avoid the area.

Ventilation of the first floor of the building has been carried out. Firefighters are now making up equipment and are expected to leave the scene shortly.
