The Authority is made up of a total of 18 elected councillors (Members) appointed to it by five constituent authorities (Liverpool City Council and the Metropolitan Borough Councils of Knowsley, Sefton, St. Helens and Wirral). All Members are required to follow the Authority’s approved Members’ Code of Conduct. This Guide explains how you can make a complaint to the Authority if you feel that a Member has failed to follow the Code.
