Location: Fleet Lane, St Helens
Firefighters were called to Fleet Lane, St Helens, on Friday 22nd May following reports of a fire in the Bold Moss/Colliers Moss area.
Crews were alerted at 10.30pm and on scene at 10.35pm. Three fire engines attended.
On arrival crews found a fire involving a large area of reeds, approximately 50m x 30m.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet and beaters to extinguish the fire.
Crews left the scene at 11.21pm
