Location: Brooms Cross Road, Sefton
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service was called to Brooms Cross Road, Sefton, on Wednesday 3rd November following reports of a collision.
Crews were alerted at 9.36am and on scene at 9.42am. Two fire engines attended as well as the search and rescue appliance.
On arrival crews found four vehicles had been involved in a collision close to the junction with Brook House Lane.
All vehicles were on all four wheels. One person was trapped inside one of the vehicles. The occupants of the other vehicles were already out when crews arrived.
Crews removed the door of the vehicle to allow the person to extricate under the supervision of paramedics.
Fire crews left the scene at 10.48am and handed the incident over to Merseyside Police.
