Location: Coburg Wharf, Liverpool L3
Fire crews are in attendance at Coburg Wharf, Liverpool, this evening after reports of a man entering the water.
4 fire engines, the search and rescue team and the Marine Fire One rescue boat are in attendance. Crews were alerted at 9.10pm and on scene at 9.17pm.
North West Ambulance and the Coastguard are also in attendance as are Merseyside Police.
4 tethered swimmers were deployed to the area in the marina where the man was last seen and searched for the casualty. The casualty was recovered from the water, passed into the care of North West Ambulance Service and will be conveyed to hospital.
