How does MFRA report its ED&I progress?

MFRA produces reports to show our compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty which demonstrates to the public that we are complying with the legislation and reporting our progress annually. It is good practice for public bodies such as fire and rescue services to be transparent and share the reports with the public. Here are latest reports:
